You may chose a blessing or even drinks reception in the romantic ruins of the Tithe Barn, or within the centrepiece Queens Garden with its old-fashioned roses and majestic yew hedges. Alternatively The Secret Garden, with its intimate walls and profusion of colours and aromas from the enchanting flowers, provides a secluded location. Hidden within the old Castle walls is the Elizabethan style Knot Garden. Intertwining box hedges twirl around sandy coloured gravelled beds, with a Moorish mosaic fountain at the centre, making it an intimate location for a small drinks reception. The Happily Ever After Garden/Installation is a structural installation of tall wrought iron letters clad in climbing roses and honeysuckle, spelling out the phrase Happily Ever After – a lovely location for romantic wedding photographs.
